It is always nice to e-stumble across a nice little blog which devours and explores one of your interests.....it's even better when one of your best friends is the author.
Clara is in here final year of a Naturopathy degree, she is a brilliant cook, herbalist, naturopath and she has some great moves on the d-floor. Watching her learn and put into practice her amazing knowledge of botanicals and natural remedies has always been a treat and a great cause for discussion between us.
